Drawing upon our extensive experience in the optical retail industry, where we held senior positions and were involved in manufacturing, we gained insight into the cost structure of the optical business. It became apparent that customers were often subjected to unreasonable markups on mainly imported eyewear products.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, we founded 4 Eyes Optical. Our primary goal was to ensure that our valued customers would not fall victim to the exorbitant prices prevailing in the industry. We believe in transparency and fairness, and it's our mission to provide you with optical solutions that are both high in quality and affordable.

One of our key motivations was to promote sustainability by encouraging the reuse and recycling of existing eyewear frames. We understand the importance of reducing waste, and we want to empower you to make eco-conscious choices when it comes to your eyewear.

Our onsite fitting laboratory plays a crucial role in this endeavor, as we handle 95% of the fitting process ourselves. Based in the picturesque Tropical North Queensland since our inception in 2009, we have remained steadfast in our dedication to offering you a cost-effective alternative to imported eyewear.
